Abstract

The data consist of transcripts of 12 multi-agency and client meetings in Finland. The meetings were held in connection with outpatient rehabilitation of young people suffering from serious mental disorders. Depending on the meeting type, discussions covered goals for the rehabilitation programme, transfer of client care from the rehabilitation unit to other units/teams, the client's housing and rehabilitation arrangements after the rehabilitation programme. There were different kinds of meetings: 1) between rehabilitation professionals and their young clients, 2) between rehabilitation professionals, clients, their next of kin and municipal social workers, 3) between rehabilitation professionals and municipal staff responsible for deciding how the client would be cared for after rehabilitation; clients were present only occasionally.

Background variables included the meeting type, number and time period of the rehabilitation programme, and role and gender of meeting participants. The data have been anonymised.

The dataset is only available in Finnish.

Completeness of Data and Restrictions

Direct identifiers, such as names and adresses, of the participants and of third parties were removed during archiving. Futhermore, indirect identifiers that could compromise the anonymity of the participants or third parties were removed or modified. Participants names have been replaced with pseudonyms consistently across all files. Thus, Anni in meeting 4 is the same Anni as in meeting 11. Names are also consistent across other datasets in the series. Place names and rehabilitation locations have been categorized and separeted from each other by numbers or letters, except when they don't comproimse the anonymite of the participants. Places and rehabilitation locations are consistently the same across one meeting, but not across all meetings. Region is only mentioned, if the municipality is not in the Pirkanmaa region. Changes done in the FSD have been marked with [[double square brackets]].
