Abstract

The data consist of two interviews with staff members of Finnish social welfare offices for families with children: an individual interview with a service manager and a group interview with three case management service counsellors. The interviews took place at two different social welfare offices in Tampere. The data were collected as part of the Tampere Praksis Project.

The interviews were structured around four main themes: the work tasks of a case management service counsellor, family services in the context of case management, client work, and development of family services. Each theme contained a set of individual questions. The individual interview and the group interview consisted of different questions.

Background information included the interviewee's job title and gender.

The dataset is only available in Finnish.
