Abstract
The study consists of group interviews with air traffic controllers in eight civil aviation administration units. Air traffic controllers discussed their work motivation, main characteristics of the job, work load, "near miss" incidents, and relations with their supervisors and the Finnish Civil Aviation Administration (i.e. the employer). Public perception versus the controllers' own perceptions of their wage level were discussed.
The dataset is only available in Finnish.
