Abstract
The survey charted Finnish attitudes towards alcohol consumption and various alcohol political measures with the help of 14 questions.
Questions covered, for example, the current level of alcohol consumption, general attitudes towards alcohol use, official supervision, selling alcohol, limit for drink driving, alcohol locks, alcohol tax, alcohol advertising, participation of alcohol industry in preparing alcohol-related laws and acts, drinking in public, and insecurity caused by other people's alcohol use.
Background variables included the respondent's gender, age, education, occupational status, household composition, occupational status of the household head, employment status, household size, household annual income, and place of residence according to various classifications.
