Abstract
The data consist of transcripts of 27 staff team meetings in units providing rehabilitaion services to young people suffering from serious mental disorders in Finland. Team meetings were unofficial discussions where staff members discussed individual clients, their well-being and progress during the rehabilitation programme, and how to best help them.
In the transcriptions, the discussion participants' gender is used as a background variable. The meetings lasted from half-an-hour to one hour and were recorded by the staff with no researcher present. The data have been anonymised.
The dataset is only available in Finnish.
