Abstract
The interview study focused on the processes and decision-making of recruitment, particularly in the ICT field. There were eight interviewees in three recruitment companies, with various job titles but all working with recruitment. The data consist of interview transcripts.
The interviewees were asked about their background and work experience, characteristics of the job, processes and future of recruitment, emotional, social and esthetic requirements set for employee candidates, and to what degree certain aspects, such as social skills, general appearance, age, gender or ethnic background, affected their choices of candidates. Background variables included the interview date, the interviewee's gender, and job title or role in the company.
The dataset is only available in Finnish.
