Abstract
The data consist of self-administered writings of youth council members on climate change and their image of the world in 2030.
In the invitation to write, the youth council members were asked to choose between two different frame narratives and to write a story based on the narrative they chose. The frame narratives guided the youth council members to write about what they thought the world would be like in the year 2030. The first narrative describes a world where environmental threats have been identified and reacted to. The second narrative describes a world where environmental threats have not evoked larger interest and actions to combat climate change have been minimal.
Background information included the respondent's age, gender, region of residence (NUTS3) and whether they were at present a youth council member.
The dataset is only available in Finnish.
