Abstract
The data consists of thematic interviews that deal with digital gaming practices and aesthetic experiences related to games. The interviews also discuss, among other things, the significance of gaming in an individual's everyday life, identity, and community activities. The interview framework is divided into five sections: gaming routines, the community aspect of gaming, the feel of the game, the story and rules, and self-formation.
The data was collected as part of the research project 'Aesthetic Practices in the Transformation of Self and World' funded by the Kone Foundation.
The background information includes the date of the interview, the age of the interviewee, and the gender of the interviewee.
