Abstract
This dataset consists of group and individual interviews of 10 housing service employees of the Helsinki Deaconess Institute and 6 residents of the institute's housing units. The interviewees were asked to comment on nine statements regarding everyday life in the housing units, community development training, and the "Housing First" approach. All interviewees and the interviewer participated, prior to the interviews, in CABLE community development training organised by the Helsinki Deaconess Institute.
The interviewees commented on e.g. the roles of residents and employees, communality, and the impact of community development training, as well as whether substance use caused problems in the housing units and if successful housing depended on the residents themselves.
The data contain both individual and group interviews. Background information included date of the interview, interview type (individual/group), gender and role. The data were organised into an easy to use html version at FSD.
The dataset is only available in Finnish.
