Abstract
The data consist of focus group interviews with case managers and their supervisors, examining the implementation, objectives, and development of case management for older adults in three wellbeing services counties in Finland.
The interviews began by mapping the case management process and examining the role of family members in it. Next, the impacts of the wellbeing services county reform and related development practices were explored. The interviewees were asked about the role of digitalisation, collaboration between different actors, and the objectives of case management, such as client safety and service effectiveness. Finally, the interviewees were asked how they themselves participate in the development of case management, what kinds of challenges they have encountered in their work, and what constitutes successful case management.
Background information includes the interviewee's wellbeing services county and work-related details.

Volunteer interviewees were recruited through the case manager coordinators for older adults in the wellbeing services counties participating in the project. The interviewees were able to schedule an interview time that suited them. Information about the project and participation was sent to the participants in advance. Verbal consent to participate in the interview was requested from participants at the beginning of the focus group interview. The composition of the groups was determined based on the time slots the interviewees had selected from the options sent to them.

Completeness of Data and Restrictions
For reasons of identifiability, the researchers have categorised job titles and municipalities, with the exception of the central cities of the wellbeing services counties. In addition, information related to age and work history has been anonymised.
To prevent the identification of interviewees, information that could identify specific workplaces, such as the number of employees in a unit and other characteristics, was removed or generalised at FSD. In addition, some information regarding supervisors' job duties was removed. Changes made at FSD are marked with [[double square brackets]].
