Sisällön kuvaus
The data consist of transcriptions of 25 interviews conducted in Finland. The interviewees were young adults with serious mental disorders that had only started recently and who were participating in an outpatient rehabilitation programme. Main topics of the theme interviews were 1) life histories of the young participants - focusing particularly on where they had lived and contacts with the service system, 2) impact of their illness on their everyday life, people important to them, and their views on the rehabilitation programme and 3) expectations of and plans for the future, and what other people seemed to expect of them.
Background variables included the respondent's gender, age, and the number of the rehabilitation programme. The interviews lasted from half-an-hour to one hour and took place towards the end of the rehabilitation period. The data have been anonymised.
The dataset is only available in Finnish.

Aineiston käytössä huomioitavaa
Direct identifiers, such as names and adresses, of the interviewees and of third parties were removed during archiving. Futhermore, indirect identifiers that could compromise the anonymity of the interviewees or third parties were removed or modified. Interviewee names have been replaced with pseudonyms consistently across all files. Thus, Anni in interview 4 is the same Anni as in interview 11. Names are also consistent across other datasets in the series. Place names and rehabilitation locations have been categorized and separeted from each other by numbers or letters, except when they don't comproimse the anonymity of the interviewees. Places and rehabilitation locations are consistently the same across one interview, but not across all interviews. Region is only mentioned, if the municipality is not in the Pirkanmaa region. Changes done in the FSD have been marked with [[double square brackets]].
