Abstract
The data consist of focus group interviews with case managers and their supervisors, examining the implementation, objectives, and development of case management for older adults in three wellbeing services counties in Finland.
The interviews began by mapping the case management process and examining the role of family members in it. Next, the impacts of the wellbeing services county reform and related development practices were explored. The interviewees were asked about the role of digitalisation, collaboration between different actors, and the objectives of case management, such as client safety and service effectiveness. Finally, the interviewees were asked how they themselves participate in the development of case management, what kinds of challenges they have encountered in their work, and what constitutes successful case management.
Background information includes the interviewee's wellbeing services county and work-related details.
